What We Do

What We Dotwentyfifthadmin2021-09-24T14:44:30+00:00

We provide temporary shared accommodation to support people with diverse circumstances to resolve their homelessness issues. We support them unto a state of recovery and resettlement into permanent accommodation & independent living.

We offer adequate Support services that enable our residents to maintain their occupancy agreement, working towards move-on to a more independent environment and prevent any relapse back into homelessness. We support and help residents with full integration into the community and progression into gainful employment.

25th Avenue Support services are:

  • Advice & Guidance;
  • Community Access Point;
  • Pathway to Employment;
  • Compliments & Complaints;
  • Criteria & Policies.

In addition, we provide tailored support programs for residents with extreme challenges or at risk of taking care of themselves. Focused assessment with a network of support, enables them to resettle into independent living, community participation, restore hope and aspirations for life fulfilment.

Apprenticeship placement offering opportunities for career paths in housing.

Partnership working is essential for satisfying the immediate and long term needs of our service users and stakeholders. We work with local council housing departments, private sector, residents associations, local community, organisations, agencies and charities to deliver effective services.
