To help maintain a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for everyone, all residents are expected to follow our Communal Living Code.
Security
All external doors should be locked when entering or leaving the building. Keep your room door locked.
Visitors
Visitors only permitted when resident is present.
Pets
Pets of any kind are not permitted in the property.
Scooters & Bicycles
Electric scooters and bicycles are not permitted inside.
Rubbish Disposal
All rubbish must be disposed of correctly using the bins provided.
Keys
Keys must not be lent to anyone. Lost keys replaced at £10 charge.
Smoking
Smoking not permitted in any communal area. Use the garden at the rear.
Fire Action
Leave building immediately, dial 999.
Health & Safety
Monthly health and safety checks will be carried out in each room.
Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with.
