About 25th Avenue
We are a Housing Association providing supported accommodation to those at risk of homelessness. We offer a range of programs to help people resettle in the community. We work with vulnerable people whose lives can be challenging and chaotic. By placing them firmly at the centre of a tailored support network we help them achieve their goals, aspirations and move towards a positive and independent future.
Our office is based in Woolwich, London.
The main aim of the service is to provide temporary shared accommodation for people with diverse need & issues.
The ages of those we assist are between 23 and 45 years old.
Outreach Breakfast Club
